Other ways we help

Construction Projects: With the generosity of many of our friends and churches, we have provided financial assistance to help build the Learning Center and equip the dental clinic.

Donations: Throughout the years we have provided medical supplies, school supplies, clothing, cleaning supplies, a new fridge, stove, fans, furniture, books, computers, projectors and various other goods both for El Puente and for the community.

Yearly Trips. Our non-profit has been sending teams of volunteers every year. The visiting teams teams have organized a broad range of activities both for El Puente and the community at large: Bible studies, computer lessons, English classes, conferences for the youth, games, music lessons, as well as talks on subjects such as mental health, learning skills, life skills, women's health, abuse and addiction.

Letter writing. We keep in touch with the girls by writing them letters several times a year, and sometimes sending gifts for their birthdays or special occasions.
